#AskTheExpert Hi I want to know, how can understand that baby is getting enough milk from breastfeeding or not? If not enough then how can increase to feed enough. I try to collect in bottle but quantity was not adequate, so not understand that in feeding its enough or not. thanks

A. Dear parent, if baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is adequate. If your baby has regained the birth weight, then feed as per your baby’s demand else feed every 2 to 3 hours.
