Q.

#asktheexpert Hi I started solid food. We gave rice powder(doctor suggested) but he didn't poop daily which means one day he didn't poop then next day he pooped. is it fine or I have to give digestive syrup

A. Once solid foods are introduced into your baby's diet, his poop is going to change. ... Too much of any of these, especially cereal, could cause constipation in your baby. Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food.

A. Okay so first of all the food should not be given before completing the age of six months your doctor did not advise you write and when you introduce semisolid food little bit of constipation can be seen so kindly avoid giving food as of now I am give it after completing the age of six months and instead of rice powder to begin with go for Dal and rice water that would be easier for the child to digest and include good amount of fluids in general
