Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screenf time and othber activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Avoid giving nap to ur baby after 4 in the evening.. Let ur baby play in the evening so that he gets tired and sleeps early and properly at night.. This will help baby to wake up on time and the routine wil get set accordingly
