mam what you feel is just happens because of Hormonal change or nutritional deficiencies of vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
so please take nutritious food items like green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, more.
avoid drinking RO water which can cause nutritional deficiencies of vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
Practice yoga or pranayam daily which will definitely help in this.
spend quality time with your family.
cultivate hobbies like reading books , listening music etc.
