A. Only in severe case Paracetamol Your child is having teething problem during which there is swelling in the gums and the child is having irritation as well as pain and there will be drooling and excessive salivation. kindly maintain oral hygiene of the child and with the help of your clean fingers press the gums of the child to decrease the pain and if the child is crying with pain and irritation you can give paracetamol also to decrease the pain many times children press their finger in between the gums as well as take dirty things in the oral cavity. you have to just maintain hygiene of the finger which is going inside the oral cavity and this is a self limiting habit

A. U Can try giving homoeopathic medicine tablet number 21 it will be helpful in easing down the process apart from that there is no such medicine is you just have to keep massaging the gums of your child gently with your finger and also you can give finger foods to the child
