#asktheexpert...hi i have been prescribed candid total plus ointment for my 3 month old daughter for heat rash..although the rashes are gone her skin colour became lighter ..what is the reason,?

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi mom Apply the medicine till it is prescribed. Applying for prolonged period can have adverse effects on the skin. U need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will guide you better after treatment.
