#asktheexpert Hi, I have a seven month old baby boy. He frequently wakes up at night. Even in the day sleeps for a little while sometimes only half an hour and same at night. He needs rocking or breastmilk to drift off. What can I do to make him sleep for longer tenure.

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 2 m old boy7 months agoA. The child is not hungry as per my observation because every time he wakes up he don't want milk even if I offer. Also I have started solids so hunger part is pretty much sorted I think.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. I think your child just gets hungry which is why your child wakes up either in the day or in the night if you’re only giving breastfeeding to the child I would recommend you to start giving bottle feeding as well
