A. maggi is ok but you can not make the habit of.. have a proper meal plan as break fast as poha cheela suji halwa upma uthapam dosa idly cornflakes chocos any fruit as apple pear sapota banana papaya lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha.. develop the food interest.. you can start with vitamin supplement as Zincovit Or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric..
