#AskTheExpert Hi, I am not able to to drink milk because of nausea is that going to affect my baby? I'm in my second trimester.

Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. no not at all. I didn't drink milk all through my pregnancy. I would vomit every time I drank milk. it's absolutely fine. eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. eat home cooked food and avoid junk foods. pray a lot and take good care of yourself.
