Q.

#AskTheExpert, Hi, I am mother of 6 month old baby. since my baby was 35 weeks premature I had to give him formula feeding along with breastfeeding . This continued till his 5th month. After that even my milk was not sufficient and milk also drained soon. now I am giving him formula feeding only Along with semi solids. is that formula feeding bad for baby and affect his immune. kindly advice

A. If you have started with semi solids and giving the baby formula milk too, the baby is well fed and as such there is nothing to worry.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and if the breast milk is less then you can give your baby formula milk along with breast milk and after six months start semi solid food.. and give baby proper vaccines qs per schedule for better immune system. take care
