#asktheexpert Hi I am mother of 5 years old, my son sanyam keeps his food in one side of his mouth, until I did not say, he does not swallow, please provide the solution.

pooja kadamMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear it's ok my son was doing the same thing then , while feeding him I play a game with him and talk about cartoon which he likes than he try to speak soci say I can't understand pls eat the food which is ur mouth so he was interested in talking about cartoon so like that I did it u can do ur best

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. this is just a habit this is just a habit in your child which can be changed. you can either divert the child or you can talk with the child to change the habit. many times cby regular negative feedback mechanism you will be unable to change the habit of the child. you can take help of your pediatrician as well as clinical psychologist
