#asktheexpert Hi, I am mother of 4 children..... it's Summer days.... always children s cold jiuces... ice cream... but I am worried about cough and cold.. fever... bcoz... corona.... viral.... what should I do

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Run them a cool bath before bedtime. Keep your child's bedroom cool during the day by closing blinds or curtains. You can also use a fan to circulate the air in the room. Keep nightwear and bedclothes to a minimum. Further take care of these things Dehydration. Heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Sunburn. Summer health.
