#AskTheExpert hi, I am a mother of 8months old baby..I have vitamin d defiency .. doc said to take Tayo 60k tablet .. I am breast feeding mom.. can I take this tablet ??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 11 m old boy5 years agoA. yes there is no problem in taking vitamin D supplements. along with this also take multivitamin iron and calcium supplements for yourself. always go outside in the sunlight to have vitamin D from natural source
