#AskTheExpert hi i am 39 week pragnannt. this is my second baby. first was normal. still i didn't got any sign of labour. i am doing duck walk squat and walking 30 min two times a day. ease suggest me as i am worried

Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consufilt your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
