POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. A 3 months old baby should ideally take approximately 120-180 ml of formula milk in every 3-4 hours and it should include atleast 1-2 times night feed too. You must feed 6-7 times a day for proper milk intake. In 4 months, night feed can be avoided as then baby will start taking long sleeping hours.
