#asktheexpert hi guys my baby is suffering from cough and cold.... from past 2 days he is not taking breast feed not anything.... we showed him to pediatrician they have changed his medicine but still I am worried this happens in cough and cold? he is hardly peing one or 2 times a day as he is not drinking anything

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestionu and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give maxtra drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productivde give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.

See It’s very important for your child to have good amount of water because that you didn’t quantity sorry that you didn’t timing is really very less so add some over is to the water so that at least your child will have more of liquid because there will be some flavour in the water
