#asktheexpert Hi good noon doctor, weaning food, can I start from 6th month mam?

A. Once the baby has completed six montgs of age you can slowly start with dhal or chawal ka pani. Then go for other easily digestible foods like mashed banana, carrots, potatoes, aweet potatoes, beets, avacado, peas, beans etc., Always follow the two day gap rule betqeen introducing new foods.
