#AskTheExpert Hi good morning sir my baby girl has got small tiny pimples on face around mouth, cheeks, nose ( from 10 days) , what is the reason for that , please suggest some remedies

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It might be due to heat so make sure you give enough liquids to the baby and give bath daily avoid using oil on face and wash the face with plain water and avoid itching the skin and use derma dew lotion on skin
