#AskTheExpert Hi, Good evening doctor, I am mother of 1yr 1mon baby girl and am in breastfeeding, from the day baby born and till now am facing heavy hair fall, can I take the iron tablets now which was prescribed during my pregnancy?

mam,it is common phenomenon one get after pregnancy.
so don't worry
it alrights by the time.
just take care of yourself well.
I mean for Healthy hair, application of coconut oil is best .
so apply coconut oil daily on your hair.
you can wash your hair with paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd ,it will definitely help to prevent your hairfall.
avoid tight hair styles .
stay stress free.
