Q.

#asktheexpert, Hi few says we should not give packet milk to toddler (2+ years). it may lead to early puberty. is it true? can we give milk or not?

A. No it is not true here I would like to give you a correct information about it what happens if these days that whatever milk you are getting from the vendors or packet milk all the cows and buffaloes are injected to produce more as we all know that this much amount of milk is not possible to be produced which is why that is what the people are doing and when you give that kind of milk to the child and that increases the weight quickly that can be a problem that can reach early leave your body otherwise if you’re giving a normal milk and not giving too much of milk in a day maybe just a glass or so it is not going to make a difference
