you may give enfragrow powder
but first try to offer natural or homemade things instead of giving it
because homemade or natural things are more safe and hygienic.
so try to offer milk with honey,milk with dry fruits powder,milk with dates or fig milkshake etc
you can buy a special cup or sipper for this.
like Babyhug brand sipper or cup which are specially designed for toddlers.
set good example by drinking milk with your child.
