#AskTheExpert Hi every morning am taking Britannia milk bikis biscuit with milk. Is that the problem my baby not stool lasg days? Can i take biscuits or not and tell me what kind of biscuits i can take...

A. Yes bakery items can cause constipation so better avoid it. Drink lots of water and also drink a glass of water before feeding the baby. Include beetroot papaya kishmish in guava salad in your daily diet

A. Hi sneha as u suggested some exercises i did that still baby didn't stool... am feeling very much.. Am taking biscuits daily due to that he didn't stool...

A. Any kind of biscuits as Biscuits contain negligible nutritional value and additives Can have dry fruits ladoo or dry fruits etc

A. Avoid having biscuits every day instead have home made fresh food which is good for you and also the baby avoid processed foods for the time being

A. Please avoid biscuits to babies. It's made if maida. Refined flours are not even fm good for adults. So never give to babies. They can never digest and will lead to constipation. And biscuits has not got any nutrients. It's just harmful.
