#AskTheExpert Hi Dr, My son is going to be 2 yrs of age this month. I am thinking of weaning.. He demands night feeds 5-6 times every night.. I am really worried about how to stop this night feeds.. I dont want to stress him too.. He sleeps by breast feeding only.. kindly answer me.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. It is completely related to hormones and the dasignal sent to the brain so it is very important to stay positively motivated.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.
