#AskTheExpert Hi Dr,My son is 6 month old and weighing about 8kgs now..He is having fever of temperature 102 degree fah.Shal i give paracetamol paediatric syrup ip now and how much should i give?..

A. you can give Paracetamol drops 120 mg per 5 ml in the dose of 5 ml to your baby every 4 to 6 hours depending upon the requirement and keep your baby well hydrated and also do tepid sponging
