#asktheexpert Hi Dr,my son 5 years old has been suffering from fever for the past one week,fever was spiking but he had his food every now and then and now last 2 days he has not been taking any food and no water also much but he vomits everything taken

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Its natural for the baby to have low appetite when he or she is ill in your case fever. But please take care that tge child takes enough water or other fluids. Because when the child is having high temperatures they will be deprived of hydration. Dehydration can have serious effects. So ensure that tge baby is well hydrated.
