it could be pitraysis alba which is caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight
so , please give early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
keep your child well hydrated
as it could be result of nutritional deficiencies , give Healthy and well blanaced diet to your child.
maintain good hygiene.
