#AskTheExpert Hi Dr. My daughter is 4.5 yrs old. She cries a lot while going to school and at times she pukes just before leaving for bus stop Also in last one year or so she pukes while travelling in a car or a bus So we were giving one fourth of vomikind to her Kindly suggest what needs to be done

it happens because of anxiety or stress
so you need to make transition (home to school ) stressless.
for that , first , check that your child feel safe and secured at school.
have talk with your child teacher regarding this.
share your positive experience of school with your child.
keep your child well hydrated
don't force feed or overfeed your child before sending him to school.
