#AskTheExpert Hi Dr..Baby is 9 months old.Shows more inclination towards liquid food though we we had started off with finger foods. He lost interest in solids on shifting to family pot.Following no salt no sugar. So the solids intake is almost nil unless we offer him some liquid foods. Please suggest.

A. Feed Hand Mashed food to your kid . Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals. Identify when he is hungry, equally keep giving finger food. tc
