#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, wish you a very happy new year! wanted to ask if there is anything to worry as my daughter who is 11 months old doesn't sleep much or would say sound sleep. maximum strech of a nap/sleep is 3-4hrs totalling to 10-12 hrs a day.

A. Happy new year to you too. It is absolutely normal for babies to wake up for every 3 to 4 hours and not have continuous sleep. This pattern may continue for another one or two years also
