Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also.
the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above critezria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.
if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

although, please make sure your child weighs enough or not, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day or not
please try different feeding positions
try to. offer Feeds at gap of 2 or 3 hours
try to keep your child awake by gently blowing air on his forehead at feeding time
