#asktheexpert hi doctor….she sucks her 2 fingers anytime she’s free ….not doing anything ….or in my lap ….what is the best way to get rid of this habit

ji , you need to understand why child is doing this
they do this due to habit or stress
so please dont force your child to stop this
try to distract your child when he is doing this
you may give some activities like building blocks ,puzzles etc to keep him engaged
