Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful .
Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .j

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom.. weight is very less.....please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment....baby should be given well balanced diet that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits.
