A. Once foods are introduced in baby's diet for the first time, make sure they are in pureed or mashed form for babies to swallow easily. You can include lentil puree, mashed banana, apple and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, watery khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Milk will still remain the main meal.
