#AskTheExpert hi doctor. my twin daughters are about to turn 5 months old on 7th July. they are on cow milk now as top feed similac advance 1 wasn't suitable anymore they used to vomit after each feed via mouth n nose. now after every feed of cow milk, they used to poop. plz suggest what to do ??

A. can start with cow milk. Mother milk is very important for the baby especially for the first six month of life so exclusive breastfeeding should be done till 6 month of age and after that top feeding can be started with rice and pulse water
