shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mom first of all u should wrap ice in a clean cloth and apply on affected area this will help to reduce the swelling then u can gentely rub it with coconut oil if there is pain u can give some medication like ibugesic or ibutop by asking your doctor
