A. hi it is natural process. so if a child looks happy and active,eat and sleep well,gains enough weight then no need to worry about it. just maintain proper hydration. give food items which are easy to digest. like green leafy vegetables, fruits more Give massage with Babyhug massage oil which will surely help to regularise your child bowel movements.
