#asktheexpert Hi doctor.. my son is pooping once in 5days and his poop is hard and struggling to poop. what does it mean ?

No need to worry
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
