#AskTheExpert hi doctor, my son is not at all speaking he is just into alphabets and numbers and wheels too and whenever he sees something like wheels moving he make faces and start moving his fingers too. Other than that these days he has a lot of anger bursts. And then he take his hands to his mouth and bite himself. Just wanted to know is this for the time being or should we go to the development doctor?
