#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor….My son is having fever now…Is it ok to syrup at 4 am now in empty stomach in between sleep?He is 3 years old

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician2 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a fever and he doesn’t have any food and you want to give him paracetamol medicine so it’s okay it can be given on empty stomach as paracetamol is very safe and effective medicine

yes it's ok. but make sure to give lots of water with it.
during day time do try to give medicine post meal.
