#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor… My son is 9 months old..Generally the 1st milk tooth erupts is lower incisors..But in my son’s case it is upper incisors.. Does it cause any problem in his dentition in future because every tooth has has specific months time period to erupt.. Thanks in advance.

A. Hi no there is no problem..first milk teeth can erupt in either upper or lower arch.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day
