#asktheexpert Hi, Doctor My son is 4.1 yr. what is the ideal quantity of milk he should be given? actually Last year he had constipation issue so the doctor suggested not give him milk for some time. After that, he takes approx one glass or a day and that is also in two portions like half in the morning and half glass in the evening. uski growth average hai . He doesn't look like 4yrs old kid.

A. You can give about 500 ML of milk to the child on an everyday basis this is the highest amount that I’m suggesting you because rest of the time we suggest to give proper food to the child which is going to give you more healthy child instead of just cling onto milk it’s a child doesn’t even have milk but it’s really well then milk is also not that important you can give more dairy products to the child
