#asktheexpert Hi Doctor my son is 3 years old and 8 months old but his speech is not very clear.He understands what we speak and speaks some words in English .How can we improve his speech

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. please take the help of speech therapist. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

expecting fluency at this stage of age is too early
fluency can be achived after age of 5 years
so please wait
just try to correct your child by repeating word after him
but don't force your child, don't expect perfection at a time
