#AskTheExpert hi doctor my son is 2.4 years old and he is having fever, nose congestion and yellow discharge from left eye. His fever is going down with paracetamol but the temp gets high uptil 102 after 4 hours. please suggest what to do. we are giving him homeopathy medicine to cure the infection and paracetamol for fever.

Viral fever can last from 3-5 days so you need to to give the prescribed medications for this duration at least and if it is persistent beyond you need to go for the investigation as per the advice of the doctor
