#Asktheexpert hi doctor my son is 1 year old his height is 73 cm. he is shorter than the ones with the same age. I am 4.9 and his dad is 5.11. I really don't want to suffer like me with height. Please tell me what should I do.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is very important for you to know that at present you have to just take care of a regular diet of the child and that is alone the most important thing in improving the height.
whether it will be a genetic thing or not will be decided only with time but many times with proper diet you can reverse
