#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, My son, Adwaith is now 2 yrs old. he had a very disturbed sleep from the time he was 1 month old and till date. eventhough he is now 2 yrs old, he wakes up at nights like a new born baby. that is, atleast once in 2 or 3 hrs. or sometimes every 1.5 hrs. i still breastfeed him. Because of this night waking, i bf him to make him sleep back which takes around 45 mins. he was prescribed by meloset 3mg by a pediatrician 2 months back for making his sleep proper bcz we just relocated from another country to india. though he now adapted with indian time zone, his sleep is still disturbed and this is taking toll on my sleep too. is there any solution to this? can i continue giving meloset 3 until he can sleep well at nights? pls advice. thank you.
