#asktheexpert hi doctor, my little one is 14 months old. he is struggling a lot to poop...he is doing very hard stools and crying a lot at that time. Today I can see light blood and very hard stools. I gave fibre rich foods also yesterday but don't know why. please suggest what to do and any home remedies

A. dear mom. regukarly offer fiber rich foods to yiur child, feed adequate luke warm water to her.. offer some prune juice it is a natural abd safe laxatice for childrens
