#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My kid is suffering with cold and fever from past couple of days. Visited doctor and he suggested paracetamol syrup, antibiotic. Have gone through all the tests like malaria, typhoid, dengue and COVID. All are negative.

A. might be dimple viral. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol in proper dose for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. complete the course of medication as advice
