#asktheexpert Hi doctor, My daughter will be 6 months old and we have recently started giving her solids. But I am unable to understand the quantity of milk to give now ? Should I continue as per formula quantity provided in the box. How many feeds to give now. For me it’s one sometimes 2

starting semisolid food doesnt mean that you start giving formula.
it is not required
if possible ,you can continue with breastfeeding
and start giving food items like dal pani , rice water etc.
