POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Stuttering in children often starts during the preschool years, often at 2-4 years. This is when children are starting to combine words and make longer sentences. Some children don't start stuttering until later in childhood. Stuttering can start suddenly – for example, a child might wake up one day with a stutter.
