It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age if 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop for outside foods other than milk. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, rahi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Avoid giving packaged foods in such tender age due to artificial sugar content present in them.
